1982BOWEN GROUP INCEPTION

Richard Phillips started the business from his garage in ‘Bowen Road’ Lilydale, providing coolroom shelving and other storage solutions.

1983FATHER - SON PARTNERSHIP

Richard was joined by his son Mark.

1989Family business

Another son, John, joined the growing family business.

1995Staff

Ken Williams was employed, our second ever staff member. Ken is still with us today as head of our retail arm.

2001-6Third generation

Third generation Greg, Terry and Lester Phillips joined the business.

2006Bayswater office

As the business continued to grow we moved to a new facility in Bayswater.

2013National expansion

To service the needs of a growing client base, we opened our Brisbane office.
