Brief

To accommodate 58 staff, breakout spaces, large corporate boardroom, 3 x meeting rooms, 2 x executive offices, staff kitchen and a utilities area into an existing tenancy space of approximately 610m2, utilising a specific workstation size throughout, while still ensuring that all required regulations were met in terms of circulation space, egress and amenities.
Budget constraints to modernise the tenancy while still maintaining a fresh and quality corporate appearance.
Utilisation of existing fixtures, relocated fixtures and new fixtures, but still maintain a consistency of aesthetics throughout the office.

Solution

Provided clever space planning solutions to accommodate all requirements within the tenancy, including reconfiguration of existing fixtures, extensive removal of office walls and cost effective remodelling of entire workspace.
Where existing kitchens and office joinery was aged but still functional, we were able to replace all face panels, bench tops, doors, drawer fronts etc to provide a completely new look, without costly removal and replacement expenditure. New floor coverings through the building were cost effective, but also completely refreshed the tenancy.
We reconfigured all existing workstations to suit the new layout, then relocated existing matching workstation systems from another floor level within the building and then manufactured the remaining required components to perfectly match the existing fixtures. This provided a completely consistent appearance to all workstations and fixtures, even though they were a combination of new and existing items from 3 different supply sources.

The final result is a fresh, spacious, open layout which easily accommodates the workforce and all associated facilities, without compromising on any regulatory requirements. The strategic location of facilities such as meeting rooms, kitchen areas and executive offices has resulted in significant efficiency gains for Acendre. The team now has a comfortable, attractive and modern facility to enjoy, including the latest facilities and interactive technology.
